2018 MI Fall Color Tour | Point Betsie Point Betsie rarely disappoints for a nice image. Point Betsie Lighthouse, located on the northeast shore of Lake Michigan, sees some pretty dramatic weather. 2018 MI Fall Color Tour | Brilliant Tree Northern Michigan trees tend to show more reds than southern Midwest. This year the reds seemed to be somewhat muted; not as many and not as brilliant.
