This Piper PA-18 Super Cub on Floats was practicing water take-offs and landings last weekend; a clear reminder of float plane weekend in a couple of weeks. It’s a weekend where some of the world’s finest pilots get together to go back to their roots; flying stick and rudder in float planes.
