Hidden Lake Trail Finally, we get a closer look at Yellowstone’s Hidden Lake. Why is it called Hidden Lake? Well, I’m not sure, but you can not see it unless you hike up to it. There’s no vehicle access to it. The trail has some climbing but can be mastered by most people.
