Ground Squirrel Ground squirrels tend to be a bit flighty. This guy seemed to be sunning himself while he took a break from eating the left over bird seed from my feeder. Non the less, just as I began to shoot, he was gone in a flash. He’ll be back; the lure of free and easy bird seed is just too much.
