B-25 Yankee Warrior at 75th Doolittle Raid Anniversary

B-25 Yankee Warrior at 75th Doolittle Raid Anniversary  Yankee Warrior was taking off from Grimes Field headed to the Air Force Museum Airfield to attend the 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Raid.   Yankee Warrior, a B-25D, was built in 1943 and is the only flying B-25D still flying today.  It served in North Africa and Sicily in WWII, then served in the  Royal Canadian Air Force for a while.  Finally The Yankee Air Museum purchased it in 1987.
